Jinko Solar has reportedly announced that its N-type TOPCon-based perovskite tandem solar cell has achieved a record conversion efficiency of 34.76%.

Jinko Solar attributes this efficiency breakthrough to systematic innovation in perovskite and tandem technology, including its self-developed high-efficiency N-type TOPCon bottom cell technology, perovskite lower-interface defect passivation technology, novel perovskite crystallization technology, and a deep optimization strategy for vertical charge transport.

Dr. Hao Jin, Chief Technology Officer of Jinko Solar, stated: "The 34.76% breakthrough is a milestone for Jinko's technology R&D system, proving the feasibility and enormous potential of TOPCon and perovskite tandem technology.
